I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Admin (MCSA) as well as being a CompTIA certified PC, Network and Server technician (A+, N+, Server+) based in bonny Scotland.

I ran my own online PC shop for years and have numerous years experience in home and business IT setups.

Anyway I would like to set up an online IT support business via a website offering IT services to both the public and SME sectors.

I am looking for advice and comments from people who have set up similar businesses etc.
